The API 6D Welded BodyTrunnion Mounted Ball Valve has two floating seats assembling with springsloaded, in which the ball is fixed at two pivot points, and the processpressure pushes the upstream seat against the trunnion ball's sealing surface.This design applies continuous pressure against a trunnion mounted ball afterthe ball is installed.
